KPK Minister Plans Enhanced Education Network in Merged Tribal Area

KP Caretaker Minister Aims to Enhance Education in Tribal Areas Through Private-Government Collaboration

Dr. Aamer Abdullah, the Caretaker Minister for Newly Merged Districts Affairs, highlighted plans to uplift both private and government educational institutions for better education in tribal regions. In a meeting with CEOs from ‘Dar Arqam Schools System Pakistan and Al-Ghazali Education Foundation, strategies for improving education systems in these areas were extensively discussed.

Discussions involved proposals for enhancing education in merged districts, including expanding existing schools’ networks and exploring public-private partnerships for government institutions. The minister mentioned considering various proposals to maintain the quality of governor model schools in merged districts, even contemplating public-private collaboration.

He encouraged formal proposals from educational institutions willing to partner with the government, emphasizing government support for expanding reputable private schools’ franchises in these areas. Waqas Jafari expressed interest on behalf of his institution and assured their commitment to support these initiatives.”
