The UHS campus was opened by the President of Pakistan, who is also its supporter, on October 2, 2002. The campus has impressive architecture with spacious classrooms, modern labs, dining areas, offices, a senate hall, a library, and the Shams Auditorium, which seats 500 people, providing an excellent academic atmosphere.
UHS Lahore is a dynamic research university recognized globally and focused on students. It is affiliated with 128 colleges and institutes, serving around 106,916 undergraduate and 9,157 postgraduate students.
Established in 2002, UHS was the first university in the province dedicated to health sciences, aiming to improve medical education and research. It collaborates with nearly all public and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab.
