SZABIST Scholarship Programs

SZABIST offers a variety of scholarships to deserving students, recognizing both academic merit and financial need. The SZABIST Need-Based Scholarship Program provides financial aid to talented students facing financial challenges. This annual scholarship covers a portion or all of the tuition fee for two semesters.

To be eligible, students must have an annual family income below a certain threshold (which varies depending on the program) and maintain a minimum GPA. The application process involves submitting a form and required documents to the External Relations & Financial Assistance (ERFA) department. Shortlisted students are interviewed before final decisions are made.

For academically high-performing students, the SZABIST Merit-Based Scholarship Program offers a 25% tuition fee waiver for the subsequent semester. This scholarship is awarded to students with the highest semester GPA, meeting specific criteria like a minimum GPA requirement and taking a full course load.

In addition to SZABIST-funded scholarships, the university collaborates with external donor agencies to provide further financial aid opportunities. These scholarships have varying eligibility requirements, benefits, and deadlines. Some examples include the Pak-USAID Merit and Need-Based Scholarships Program (covering full tuition and stipend), Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (one-year tuition fee), and Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (monthly stipend).

Overall, SZABIST’s scholarship programs aim to support deserving students from diverse backgrounds, making quality education more accessible. By combining need-based and merit-based scholarships with external funding opportunities, SZABIST empowers students to achieve their academic goals.

Apply Online Admission

SZABIST exclusively accepts online admissions for all its programs. Applicants are required to complete the online admission process through the university’s official website. This streamlined approach ensures efficiency and convenience for prospective students, enabling them to submit their applications from anywhere with internet access. By embracing online admissions, SZABIST aims to provide a user-friendly experience while modernizing its administrative procedures.
