Girls Teams from the Sargodha Education Board Win Seven Medals
The Sargodha education board’s female teams clinched an impressive total of seven medals across various sports, securing the second position overall in the athletics competitions during the All-Pakistan Girls Inter-Board Sports Gala in Islamabad.
A representative conveyed the congratulations from Commissioner Sargodha Muhammad Ajmal Bhatti, who serves as the acting chairman of the board, and Education Board Secretary Abul Hasan Naqvi to the victorious players.
Education Board Director of Sports, Roshan Zameer, along with Physical Education teacher Waqas Butt, urged the athletes to prioritize their fitness regimen and practice diligently to aim for more medals and higher rankings in forthcoming competitions.
Emphasizing the board’s commitment to fostering sports, the director of sports pledged continued support and initiatives. Additionally, gratitude was extended to the parents of the athlete-students for their trust in allowing their daughters to participate in the tournament.
An impressive total of 22 boards from across Pakistan actively took part in this vibrant sports gala, highlighting the nationwide enthusiasm for female sports participation and excellence.
