Inter-board Sports Festival Gets Underway
The Pakistan Sports Board Complex in Islamabad has come alive with the inauguration of the All Pakistan Inter Board Sports Gala Session 2023-2024. Among the distinguished guests at the opening ceremony was Muhammad Adnan Khan, the Chairman of the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, who graced the occasion with his presence.
Ijaz Azim Baloch, the Chairman of the Quetta Board, warmly welcomed Khan, honoring him with the traditional Balochi attire and shawl as a gesture of appreciation. Recognizing Adnan’s remarkable contributions to sports, a special shield was also bestowed upon him.
Jamil Khan Dhaman, the Sports Coordinator of the Rawalpindi Board, highlighted the breadth of the event, emphasizing that teams from education boards nationwide are actively engaged in athletic pursuits, competing in disciplines such as athletics, badminton, table tennis, hockey, and kabaddi during this vibrant sports gala.
