KP Extends Winter Vacation for Primary Schools
Considering the escalating winter conditions, the Education Department in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has opted to extend the winter recess for primary schools. This extension spans an additional seven days, pushing the reopening of primary schools to January 15 instead of the previously scheduled January 8.
Moreover, a shift in timing has been implemented for higher secondary schools, with classes now commencing at 9:30 am instead of the earlier time of 8:30 am. This adjustment aims to accommodate the prevailing weather conditions and ensure a more suitable schedule for students.
